501(c)(3) Nonprofit Status
- The Music of the Americas Festival Corporation (MAFCo) is a registered nonprofit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Kentucky.
- MAFCo is in the process of obtaining its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Once the approval is finalized, our determination letter will be made publicly available for download here.
Use of Donations
MAFCo is committed to complete transparency in how donations are used.
All contributions directly support inclusive, family-friendly music festivals that celebrate culture, promote diversity and unity, and create awareness of the rich musical heritage of the Americas and the Caribbean.
No donations are used for personal profit or unrelated activities.
